Chris has a rare balance of horticultural experience and business management. Chris' extensive background in retail and wholesale horticulture combined with professional management in both Australia and Europe, has taken him around the world and back, and back around again!

Chris thrives on working at the cutting edge of horticulture, travelling the world and meeting with plant breeders to assist them in realising their commercial innovations. Communication, networking and collaboration are key strengths to his success. Chris strives for an industry where innovation is celebrated and rewarded, while championing ethical and transparent business models. Chris's skills have been formally recognised through a range of business, horticultural, community and personal awards.

Tim Sansom

Manager - Communications and Horticulture

Tim is a passionate gardener and plantsman with more than 25 years’ experience in the garden and horticulture industry including retail, e-commerce, publishing, nursery production and landscape.

A qualified horticulturalist with hands-on experience, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge developed through his practice in private gardens and 13 years at The Diggers Club in a number of roles including Plant Product Manager, Publishing and Education Manager, Director of Horticulture and Joint CEO Horticulture and Operations.

With experience in retail and production nurseries, horticultural product marketing and a deep passion for gardens, Tim brings a powerful combination of skills and experience to further strengthen the PMNZ team and support our network of retailers, growers and breeders.

Jade Plummer

Accounts

Jade is a long-serving, passionate and dedicated member of the PMNZ team managing our accounts and office administration. Jade is usually the first point of contact at PMNZ and has a keen eye for detail which is vital to her role.

Jade has a sound knowledge of all aspects of the PMNZ business both domestically and internationally and is always happy to assist with any enquiries.

Jade has a wealth of experience previously holding demanding positions in the hospitality and retail sectors. This experience has proved invaluable for PMNZ and our clients. Jade is passionate and professional in all aspects and is always striving to ensure our clients receive the highest levels of service.

Naomi Tinning

Graphic Designer

Naomi is an illustrative graphic designer with exceptional talent. She enjoys all things creative, including design, illustration, and photography. Naomi was given a graphics tablet at a young age, and ever since then she has expressed her creativity in a digital medium. This enthusiasm for creative art naturally extended into a passion for graphic design.

Naomi is a long serving member of the PMNZ team and thrives on the challenge of creating amazing brands that inspire the consumer to connect with a plant variety. Naomi brings fresh ideas and new insights to PMNZ, and to top it off is also the gatekeeper of numerous PMNZ organisational systems.
